This Return Policy applies to digital posture guides and related products sold by Beautkne through beautkne.ddd. We want you to feel confident when purchasing our educational materials about computer posture, desk alignment, and screen breaks.
Products Covered
This policy covers our current digital product line:
- Posture Foundations PDF — NZD $34.00
- Desk Setup Checklist Bundle — NZD $58.00
- Home Office Ergonomics Master Bundle — NZD $124.00
All products are delivered electronically via email or secure download link. No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated in a future offer.
Consumer Guarantees
If you are a "consumer" under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), your statutory rights apply. Digital products must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for purpose. This policy does not limit those rights. Where there is a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund under the Act.
Refund Eligibility
Because our guides are digital and accessible immediately after delivery, refunds are assessed case by case. We may offer a full or partial refund in NZD when:
- You did not receive the download link within the stated delivery window and we cannot resolve delivery after support contact
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description on posture-gear.html
- You were charged incorrectly or duplicate charges occurred
- You cancel before download access is provided, and we have not yet delivered the files
Refunds are generally not available when:
- You have successfully downloaded or opened the full product
- You changed your mind after accessing the materials, except where consumer guarantees apply
- Your discomfort or workspace outcomes did not meet personal expectations, as educational content cannot guarantee specific physical results
- You violated our Terms of Use by sharing or redistributing paid content
How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact us within fourteen days of purchase via reach-us.html with your name, order reference, product name, and reason for the request. Include screenshots of any technical errors if applicable. We aim to acknowledge requests within two New Zealand business days.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically five to ten business days after approval. If original payment is not possible, we may offer store credit toward another Beautkne guide of equal value.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before digital delivery without charge. Once files are sent, cancellation is treated as a refund request under the eligibility rules above.
Updates and Revisions
Minor updates to checklists and guides within the included update period are not grounds for refund. If a paid update substantially changes product scope, existing purchasers will be notified.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchases.
Business Purchases
If you purchase on behalf of a business and are not a consumer under the Act, different terms may apply as agreed in writing. Otherwise, this policy applies.
